DECLARATION OF GIFT
        Declaration of Oral Gift in respect of House NO.4/35/43-A Najam Din road Queta Admeasuring
        This Oral Gift is executed on 19-2-1978 at Hyderabad
BETWEEN
       “Khawand Bukhsh Khan Mehar s/o Illahi Bukhsh Mehar, muslim, adult, resident of 119/4-A Unit nO.3 Latifabad Hyderabad hereinafter called doner of the first part.  
AND
     Abdul Wahid Khan Mehar s/o Khanwand Bukhsh Khan Mehar, muslim, adult, Resident of House NO.119/4-A Unit No.3 Latifabad Hyderabad, hereinafter called donee of the second.
1-        The terms doner and donee shall always include and means their respective hears, successors, administrator, executors and assigns where ever contest so permit.
2-        That, whereas the doner above named is sole, absolute and exclusive owner of the House NO.4/35/43-A Najam Din road Queta Admeasuring        and the said house is free from all encumbrances, leans, burden, dues dispute, claims and demands etc of whatsoever nature.
3-        That, whereas downer above named out of natural love and affection with his real son/donee, the doner above named gifted out above said house to the donee above named and has also handed over the vacant physical possession of the said house to the donee above named.
4-        That, donee above named has also accepted the gift and possession of the said house at the same time willingly.

 5-        That, from the same time donee is the rightful owner of the said bungalow/house and is occupying the same peacefully and equitably.
6-        That, donee is fully authorized to get said bungalow/house mutated in his name and has full proprietary rights and all over rights including lease hold rights of the said house/bungalow.
7-        That, doner shall always keep the donee secured and indemnified against all losses and detriment occasions to and/or sustained by way of any claim suit denial, dues, demands, etc preferred by any one else in respect of the said house.
8-        That, in witnesses whereof, the downer has put his hands on the date and in the capacity as shown above house donee who has put his signature in acceptance of the said gift.
